* Applications:

used in railways, containers, surface treated steel used to decorate architectural works, … container building, railway vehicles, oil drilling towers, port architecture, trusses. Oil spills, and chemical oil tanks containing hydrogen sulfide are both corrosive.
* Characteristics: high strength steel, oxidative surface, good weather resistance
* Time to steel self-oxidation surface: 3-6 months (depending on the environment, weather), if you want faster to use stimulant solution (15-20 minutes after spraying solution).

* Process technology surface treatment (mainly used to decorate the works)

Use solution: Metal surface activation solution
1. Clean the steel surface, the surface cleaner as easy to handle. Keep the steel plate fixed.
2. Spray the solution on the surface of steel, 1 liter spray solution is 4 square meters
(spray 250ml 1 square meter)
3. For about 15-20 minutes, use clean water to rinse the steel surface, the remaining solution must also be washed.
4. Hong dry
Notes on use:
1. Must clean the surface before spraying, otherwise it will affect the effect of rust and leave dust clinging to.
2. The residual solution should be cleaned, otherwise it will also affect the rust
3. The environment has a great effect on the rusting performance
4. The solution should not be put in the mouth, when handling, workers must wear gloves and mask. If you stick to someone, wash it off with clean water.
